I see on car-part that they show a LF fender, in white in Kenton, OH. It is listed as a 2010.
No pictures but this is what they have written.

No price given but others around the country ar $95-$300. This one with a bow in the middle of the wheel arch, I'd expect to pay low end.

Besides, switching the positive side of the circuit is pretty uncommon in automotive applications.
