sounds like he got to the border and had some paperwork messed up and it's sitting in customs waiting on a technicality to get fixed.

Yes, so I sent down the reggie on the Sunday night, and the bill of sale was faxed on Monday morning. It has to be at US customs 72 hours prior to crossing. They do some kind of APB to give finance companies and law enforcement a chance to come forward with claims before it leaves the country. But when I got there, the friendly fella said "If it doesn't all come at the same time we just throw it away"
So I had to start over.
