I'm waffling between seats for the MGB GT - between kirkey pro streets, corbeau forza or clubman or ultra shield spec miata. I've driven an mx5 cup car with sparco evos - comfy for a two hour stint but outside the budget.
edit - looks like the corbeaus aren't legal with NASA without going to the FX1
What does the GRM knowledge base say?
I've got FX1 Pros. I've always found that Corbeaus sit a bit high. But the big thing I did to them for comfort was to substitute Backsaver foam for the stock bottom cushion. Massive difference, and I'd consider it for just about any race seat I own.
It's expensive stuff from Pegasus, but it's not so expensive elsewhere:

This is true. I had to chop and re-weld the seat bracket for my Corbeau. Also, the seat brackets used to be made by Wedge Engineering.
"engineering" should be a loose term, since it looks like they eyeballed where the bolt holes should line up, rather than measured.

All true, pretty good seats though.
I have a Corbeau Forza. As others have posted, it does sit a bit high. When I first sat in it I was not happy. However, when I first took the Neon out on an autocross course, I absolutely loved the perspective. I could see the course better. Fortunately, the Neon has much headroom and I am only 5'11"
