So most of us don't buy our performance. That is a given. After looking at some of the photos of projects and what is in the background, I think more than one of us do EVERYTHING GRM. I am sure some of us only do one thing GRM.
So what are you not GRM about?

I don't do oil changes. For $25 I get to drink coffee and watch TV for an hour at the dealership. I'm even clean when I leave.
Tires. I pay the man.
Also not grm about gutters and roofs. Scared to death of heights.
"Home improvement" type stuff. I'm not very handy to begin with and I have zero interest in learning. I'll paint and hang a ceiling fan, but beyond that, I'd rather hire someone. Hence why my wife and I would never buy an old house. We've owned 5 houses...3 were new construction, one was 3 years old, the other was built in the late '90s.
Anything involving electrons beyond a fixture/switch. Wiring in cars gives me the willies, computers are run on pixie dust. Give me a set of brakes to replace or a room to build but please little baby jeebus keep your 12v wiring gremlins at bay.
I'm moving this weekend. I'm paying someone to move the piano. 100 yr old upright. Weighs an easy 700+. I've moved it before with slings and straps etc. It's not worth it.
Tough question...I'm "GRM" about most things, with some things I'm downright ghetto I guess I'm sometimes not "GRM" with computer stuff.
I've put an SLI twin video card setup in my gaming PC before (this is like putting a FRICS suspension on your car - it's about the best setup money can buy, but far from the best value for money. Not doing that again though. SLI quad cards is like variable FRICS with magnesium uprights and CF linkages )
I'm planning to buy an Xbox One Elite wireless controller for PC. This is the best controller money can buy, and it's $150.

^^This...I'm glad I'm in good company. I have zero enthusiasm for swinging a hammer and HATE Home Depot / Lowes trips...I can do it, but prefer not to. Also the Mrs' vehicle. New Mazda with a warranty leaves me with more of my limited free time to spend on fun cars.

This
I'm actually more comfortable with automotive wiring than household type stuff and don't mind diagnosing simple problems or doing car audio type stuff. Hell, I've even practically built a new wiring harness from scratch on one of my old project bikes by the time I was done replacing all the damaged wires (not that 70s Jap bikes are particularly complicated.)
But throw AC current at me and I'm clueless. Computer problems? No way, they run on magic.
machine work and electrical wiring. I could do the electrical wiring, but it's a frustrating pain that I loathe, especially when it always seems to stem from a previous owner's mess. I'd love to do machine work, but don't have the equipment and even if I had access to it, the person who does it for a living should, in theory, do a much better job than I would manage.
Travel lodging. I have never regretted staying in a nice hotel, but I have stayed in a number of cheap motels that made me feel sub-human. A place I stayed earlier this year required me put down a cash deposit for the TV remote!
One of my adult luxuries is that I pay to have my grass cut.
Not me so much as my wife- gardening and house cleaning. Both do a great job.
I do food gardening as I don't do motorsports anymore.
And certain aspects of travel.
Working on cars that are newer than 15 years old.

Just leaving my $.02 here to say, yes. Yes, this. (I replaced the old wooden country-type towel rack in the bathroom with a nice silver one and felt like Tim the Toolman Taylor.)

Right here with tires. And drum brakes. I don't do drum brakes. E36 M3s is voodoo.
Major surgery, tires and an occasional oil change.

I didn't know that was a thing... Oh My... I feel a heat in the nether regions.
Edit: To answer the question. I bought a 3d Printer and didn't go full GRM, I bought a midrange unit. I still haven't figured it out yet. Also, roofs, I hate heights.
Really nothing. I drive older used vehicles and do most of my own work, Ive put in two new kitchens including flooring, cabinets and minorish plumbing.
I work out in a 12x20 shed with old rusty barbells and weights with no heat or insulation (I've cleared snow of some of my equipment in the winter).
I use an old Craftsman snowblower or a shovel, I am on the roof of our Raised Ranch at least twice per year to clean the gutters by hand.
It's not me being a bad-a$$, it's all a matter of budget. If I had the money, I'd be driving a 2015 Suburban and hiring a handi-man or pro's to do all that stuff.

I love the GameboyRMH claims to not be GRM about computers. Whenever he posts about computer stuff my eyes glaze over and my comprehension of the topic actually goes down (not his fault but it's WAY over my head).
I love the comfort, safety, and infotainment gizmos in newer cars.

Yeah, I'll also jump in on this one. Though for me, it's not so much the cheap motel vs nice hotel thing as it is having to stay in a hotel vs. camping. Don't get me wrong, I won't stay at a rent-by-the-hour motel, it at least needs to be somewhat clean and decent. But as I get older, I'm less of a rough it at night guy. When I first started racing LeMons 4 years ago, I routinely would sleep in the back of my minivan. I started to like doing that less and less. Even though it costs a few bucks, I'm very happy to go to my hotel room when the day/evening is over and get a good night sleep and a nice hot shower in the morning. Call me a diva...
I'm with toyman, nothing really. If I had the equipment I would make everything, from my kids clothes to the refrigerator.
Right there with you on oil changes. I've tried to justify doing it myself, but in the end my mechanic does it much quicker for not that much more than the cost of parts and I get a cup of coffee while I wait. Also, anything HVAC. Berkeley HVAC.
