I'm guessing there are people who have gotten close to 800 HP out of a 13B. The 400 hp per rotor number they stated would involve race fuel, 50 lbs of boost, and 14,000 RPMs and I'm sure they realize they could measure the amount of time they could run between major services to be it in the minutes range.
That thing has been kicking around for a few years. I think last time I saw something on it the idea was to use it for off shore powerboat racing.
Still super cool that it's still being developed.

You don't watch enough drag racing. 800 is wimpy for 13B's.
