Tell it like it is my friend!

I saw on the news the other day that they are having a huge BMW gathering at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena this weekend (they said the biggest in the country).
One of the regular reporters has a 2002 she has owned for a very long time.
I like the car and the ad. I paid about the same price for my '75 2002 last year. I think I got a better looking interior, a tired stock engine and suspension, the diving board bumpers and square tail lights....If this were close to local I'd be very interested. Actually my son will be in Richmond this weekend...
If I were still married to plantif No. 2 & her parents were still alive,we might go to visit the in-laws in Richmond & let that car follow me home. Looks like a decent car at a fair price to me.
There's a nice '74 for sale in Nashville at the moment. The asking price is nearly DOUBLE what is being asked here, AND it has automatic.
It definitely sounds like this one is worth the price (tho, for some reason....did I just miss it? no mention of the miles) and probably it won't last the weekend.
I flagged it for "Best of". And if I had $3K, it would already be in my driveway. A "roundlight" car in that kind of shape at that price is a steal.
I really, reallly miss my 2002s (over the years, I've had four or five of `em).
