Jumping between multiple vehicles and looking for the easiest way to use Bluetooth in the ones that dont have it. Wondering what any of you have used and liked. Thanks.

I used some generic FM transmitter style ones off Amazon with good results. They plugged directly into the 12v socket and looked kind of like a USB charger.
I think I was an older version of This one. It was little fussy to set up because it has so few buttons but I like the fact it's so small.
Thanks all. 2 of 4 dont have aux but have tape decks ha ha! Was using a cassette adapter but wires frayed. FM Bluetooth should work in anything.
The price of bluetooth-capable head units is dirt-cheap these days, even in some of the name brands - you may want to consider simply getting more modern HU's for the two tape-deck cars. If you have cars old enough to have tape decks, they're probably an easy swap-in with no fancy fit kits needed. I basically put the same Kenwood head unit into 3 of my vehicles and they all automatically sync with my phone as soon as I get in.
I used the FM-style ones for a while but found them to be somewhat fussy and unreliable, which is why I got more modern decks for those cars. YMMV.
One tape deck car is a $500 2002 Civic thats a spare/my winter beater. Not interested in swapping that. Other is my 05 TL, probably one of the last cars in the world with a tape deck. It has integrated cd changer and 8 speakers with a sub and an amp and I'm not sure I'm keeping it so not interested in swapping that either. Wife's crv has aux, EK civic has a recently swapped unit with aux. Truck has a Kenwood touchscreen with Bluetooth etc.
Ordered the Roav. Will review. Thanks.
I bought this from amazon for my motorhome that doesn't even have an AUX input for the radio. It works just fine, but it can be hard to find a silent radio frequency in larger cities. Around Atlanta I couldn't find a non-assigned frequency, but found one that was weak enough that the adapter could overpower it adequately.

Actually I ordered this one:

I have this one In 3 vehicles, works well, but you still have to swap frequencies a few times when passing by populated areas. I'm happy enough with it.

my review so far is that it works and sounds decent and is easy to use but is quiet.
