Anybody know anything about 72 Broncos ?
I am not talking about the 50-80k BAT ones.
I have a friendly offer on this. Dad passed away: son wants to sell .
I need to decide by Wednesday if I want it
to me needs interior work.
Needs bumper.
Needs top (not sure if you can buy hardtop)
Needs new front seat
needs rear seat
runs and drives perfect . Has 351 motor

What do you want to know? That's a 50K Bronco to some people, easy. You can get original hardtops, but they're usually rusted pretty bad. One in good shape is pricey. You can also get aftermarket fiberglass hardtops (full or half cab), Full Hard Top – BroncoDesign and several choices for softtops out there as well. That interior is not bad, just needs a replacement panel for the tunnel.
Sell the dream not the finished product. As is, it should sell high
I'm not much help but....a lot
I don't think I've seen one in that good of shape for less than 30k around me in forever

If your "friendly offer" is under $35k, you probably can't loose...

Needs tunnel
How expensive are original front and rear seats ?
hardtop probably makes it more desirable no ?
if it was yours - to get top dollar (not coyote motor swap), what would be the changes you would make?

I'm really not, not on early Broncos anyway... other than I should have never sold the '66 I owned 25 years ago.
At that price you probably can't get hurt. From what I've seen, modified EBs don't bring the money original condition trucks do, but they still bring big money. This one doesn't look like it has a ton of high dollar parts, but it's obviously had some quality work done. The only EBs on CL in AZ under $30k asking right now aren't as nice looking as this one.
Thank you
does that cage take away from it ?
Jealous much? Why yes, yes I am.

Not sure if this was directed at me, but IMHO in the case of a modified Bronco, a nice cage is a plus so I don't think it detracts at all.

Thank you! I think a bikini top on the cage, might "tone" it down a bit
Take it at $25k all day. Sheet metal patch for the tunnel and list it all over Midwest CL cities at $35k. Sell "convertible, get outta the house winter 'rona blues, clean west coast Bronco" in your ad. Pocket the cash.
Or give me his contact info.
Second thought, just give me his contact info
They are like early blazers in that the prices have moved out of daily driver/toy territory and into collect and polish territory. So to me the value depends why you want to aquire it.

$25K? Done deal. But then you'd need to find a $5K 1969/70 Fastback Mustang in similar shape...
Offer made for $21k
owner said he will sleep on it and confirm tomorrow.
i said $22k if he delivers it. He seemed to like the fact I am willing to pay for delivery
99% chance he will take is - is my gut feeling
