Nope, just a regular truck utility body with some kind of wooden framing on top and then a regular truck cap on top of that. Most GRM'ers could do better than that.
I've driven a truck like that one, minus the superstructure. Fricken HUGE. Kinda want it, then do a job on the camper part.
That camper shell does slide up and down. However, judging by the interior photos it's so rotted out I think I can smell the funk from here.

No.. That's a vintage Alaskan, that can raise and lower.

Alaskans were the 1st Off-roadable camper. Too bad that one is pretty wrecked.
I can't remember the last time that I've seen a running IH pickup in the wild, I haven't even seen a Scout in a long time.
If the one on the eBay auction is structurally sound, that ending price sounds good ($1225)

Local used lot has a pristine looking silver scout here in Absecon NJ for sale

No - that is a pop-up camper top. I've seen others in better condition on eBay (I still have an ongoing slide-in camper search on eBay). Unfortunately, that one has so much water damage (judging by the interior pics) I fear it's basically junk.
Yeah... that's pretty rough. I'd love to see it saved and restored, but it sure as hell wouldn't be by me.
