What brand do you recommend for Extreme Cold Weather Jumper Cables.

High Silicone Rubber outer coating and flexible battery clamps with manageable with Gloves or Mittens?

You dont need anything special. Just keep them in the car. 

Mine are welding cable.

Still bendy at -25c, here on planet Hoth.

Your use of quotation marks around "jumper cables" in the title suggests that you are not looking for actual jumper cables. Do you have a different purpose in mind?

My dad got some welding cable ~50 years ago and made some jumper cables, I still use them today.  Besides the composition of the rubber insulation, the wire inside is made up from many fine strands.  They're always as flexible as cooked spaghetti no matter what temperature it is.  I've used them in -30F conditions.

I have been told the welding cable thing repeatedly. I have some really nice ones that I bought from someone who I am assuming was really high at 2:00 in the morning in Charlotte back in 2002. They are probably 20' long, have great clamps and stay pliable in the cold. I don't know the manufacturer. Well spent $5.

Go to a welding supply shop, they will make you as fine a pair as you can afford.

I have a set that's probably 30 years old. They are basically welding cables. I have no clue who they are made by. They stay flexible down into the 20s but that's as cold as it gets down here.
