I thought I read on the old forum that sales tax wouldn't count toward the $2008 Challenge budget because of the different rates used across the country. I can't find that specifically mentioned in the rules. Did I imagine it? am I missing it?
Taxes are not included, as they are not mentioned in what must be counted. That was changed earlier this year.
