I know I won't get much without plates, but I want to get some negative camber up front in my E46 while staying in stock class.

I've heard there are removable alignment pins on the front struts that will allow a little more adjustment, but I don't know where they are or how to remove them.

Are they the little studs that stick up through the top of the strut tower just inboard of the 3 flanged bolts? If so, how do I get them out?

TIA.

Yep, thats it. One pin per side. I hear you can force them out with a hammer but I've never tried it.

Otherwise you'd need to remove the strut to get better access.

Sounds like you can just force the pin out by hammering it downwards.

Excellent! Thank you. I've heard of people cutting the pins off with a cold chisel, but it seems to me they are designed to punch out.

Thanks for that prompt linkage.
