They're all too "Drama" oriented.......oh, and scripted obviously.
The reality tv scourge is why I don't even have antenna tv at my home......only the internet.

I'll watch the show, but the dude kind of annoys me. And they don't really do jack E36 M3. They just unbolt and bolt stuff together, and farm out anything that's difficult.

+1

1920's cars are flat glass.
Not even worth the time to take it out.

Do tell...

Spit it out now. We are all waiting to hear it.
I scanned this thread to see if there was any mention of the wash it off and clear coat it finishes. I don't really dislike Rat Rods if they're built right and are useable. I have to admit, I've even seen some of the bare metal clear coated and satin clear over rust/primer that I didn't find disgusting. One thing about the Fast and loud crew, they usually make sure the cars have good suspension, brakes, and drivetrain reliability.
Well I had to sign something... In hind sight I should have told them to get bent. The whole show is make believe.

Your only the second person I've ever heard use the term "get bent". Unfortunately the other one is my wife.
Douchebag car flippers are douchebag car flippers. Show should be called "I TALK REAL LOUD IN A FORCED SOUTHERN ACCENT!" It's a good reminder that there are lots of really talented people out there who will work for peanuts making some goofy sunglass-wearing, loudmouth know-nothing semi-rich.
That "surf-wagon" build was cool.
FWIW, I'm ok with being the know-nothing who gets rich, minus the loud-mouth...and the forced accent...and the goofy sunglasses.

huh?
I don't mind it, ill watch it in the background. Its on tv so its gotta planned and scripted for the entertainment value.
If it were a totally realistic show about mechanics it would way more swearing, throwing things and gratuitous use of hammers of ever increasing size. Errrm, if I had a show I mean.
I liked it as a low budget comedy about flipping half finished cars, too bad it's turning into a long commercial for Ridetech, Kaeser, Baliegh, Chevrolet, Mountain Dew, etc.

I get the sense that this episode has yet to air, hence the confidentiality.

that show was called "American Hot Rod". Monster Garage also followed that formula a few times.
regarding Fast and Loud: i don't hate it, but i won't generally watch it on purpose.. "Eccentric Beard Guy" just annoys me for some reason, and i just wanna choke the other guy most of the time..
