Ferrari Driver academy to run a winter series in Florida. Four rounds with three races each in Jan/Feb for an all-inclusive price of 95k Euro’s ($130k). Total 3,000km track time one Engineer per three cars. The idea is for off season racing for up and coming drivers who can’t get track time in Europe. Identical Formula Abarth chassis with a 195hp Fiat engine. My guess it will fail at its intended purpose of being a training ground for up and coming pro drivers, but will be back the following year with Ferrari on the cam covers as a gentleman’s racing series for those who can’t afford the Clientie F1 program.
