Where do you guys buy fiberglass/composite supplies.
I will need some for the LMP360.
I have a line on some cheap chopped Strand mat.
I will need some S or E glass and I will need some amount of Epoxy resin for parts of the car that will be uncoated and I guess regular Polyester for the rest (Though if I can get a good enough price on Epoxy I will just use it for everything as I would rather avoid the polyester health issues).
I have used UScomposites and Fiberglast in the past. I have no issues with either but:
Is there a source people use for a few gallons of resin and hobbyist amounts of cloth most friendly to a Challenge Budget?

I have a prior relationship with these guys from my FSAE days, so I don't really go shopping elsewhere. There may be better prices somewhere else.

You can compare prices with Aircraft Spruce. They have a number of different epoxy systems with varying prices. I generally use Fibreglast's System 2000 epoxy which is not too different in price from most of the others. Aircraft Spruce also has fiberglass cloth. I'm not sure how their price compares on fiberglass. I generally buy fiberglass cloth from Aircraft Spruce. I get 'glass mat and polyester from US Composites. I get carbon fiber from Soller Composites. Fibreglast is cost competitive on some things but not on others; their carbon is outrageously expensive.
