I saw this today in my local Walmart parking lot. I saw this car about two years ago at the local mall and forgot about it.
It's either a real RHD car or someone did the conversion. Not bad, it's done tastefully. It has the Silvia front clip and all the badging, even the "Q" Club emblems down below. I have seen it with other wheels, but it looks to be running stock rollers for now.
You ask why I make a big deal out of this? Because this is not common for the area I live in.
I was just talking today to one of our British liaison officers today who has his RHD BMW 325i wagon here in DC. He commented on how much it sucks when he's stuck behind a slow car and can't pass, or when he wants to hit the McDonald's drive-thru.
I sometimes wonder if in the UK or Japan they think it's cool to have a LHD conversion on their Silvia or if Aussies like to do a LHD conversion on their HOlden Monaros and put Pontiac badges on them.

The Monaro guys are known to swap Tupperware with the goat guys.

Why would you replace the glass?
Sometimes the glass will have differnet shading/tint or different patterns for the 3rd visor around the mirror. Different mirror brackets sometimes if there were options on the car not offered here. If the VIN notch is inside the black band on the lower driver corner, the slot will be on opposite sides possibly.
Those aren't specific to this car pictured but potential issues. I have never dealt with jdm vs usdm glass in depth so I'm no expert.

You wouldn't. The car pictured has the Japanese glass (gold-ish tint).
MCarp has a good eye.
RHD is always a big deal here since they're not ever going to be sold in the US. That car looks like its lowered too much with factory wheels.
Bronze tint isn't strictly a jdm thing. It was standard on a lot of Lexus and Toyotas in the 90s. It is way easier to get blue or green shaded parts though.
Driving a RHD vehicle here is ok, but passing on a two lane road is an iffy proposition at best. Drive throughs are tough unless you can reach over and out the passenger side window from the drivers seat (works in a Mini, but not so well in a wider car I suppose).

I am a bit concerned about this fact for my possible drive home with my van next month. Hopefully my friend does come with me as whomever is in the left seat can pay the tolls. I don't use drive-thrus much anyway, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. Passing someone on a two-lane won't be an issue eitehr as this van won't pass anything.
Qs also notes it is kind of a mid trim.
J, Q and K. (jack, queen and king) different packages and options were avail for each of the cards.

I've seen multiple pictures of Japanese cars with American bumper swaps among other things.
Ugh, first gear being far left and pushing away.... no thanks. Cool car though. Just my thoughts on RHD.

Damn that's a hell of a good eye.
I've never felt the need to own a RH drive car but after that R32 thread I'm considering what kind of cool stuff I can get pre 89.
Neat car though.
In reply to Swank Force One:
I'm not showing anything availible for the Celica or the MX6. Honestly I only remember seeing bronze on Nissan/Infiniti and Toyota/Lexus cars. It might be an option on the jdm version of your cars but not the usdm if I come across anything ill let you know though.
Edit: I'm only refering to the shading that's in the glass, not any aftermarket film. You can get that stuff in any color you want.
I have a good friend in the tint business and he does bronze all the time
It is kind of a marmite look.
