Hello All,
I'm new to the forums and was hoping to put together a list of front wheel drive cars with factory LSD's, either standard or with a specific option. Do others know of more, minivans count too?
Thanks,
Doug
So far I have: 04 - 05 Neon Srt4 91 - 94 Nissan Sentra SE-R 91 - 96 Nissan NX2000
Acura Integra Type R
Does it have to be US model only? 88-91 Honda Civic SiR had an optional LSD I believe.

you sure about that? i thought they just had the same box as the regular ole protege?

It used the same tranny as the Camry, so I'd say it's just a FWD drivetrain with different shift linkage routing.
On the same lines, the Lotus Elise has a LSD option, but I'm not sure if they use a Toyota transmission to go with the Toyota engine, or some custom gearbox. I assume the former.

Same transmission just with an added LSD. Same engine just with an added Turbo.
95-97 Nissan 200sx SE-R and optional on 2000 and 2001 Sentra SEs (performance pack?) I am told most of these lsd wear out aroudn 80K. Mine is gone.
Mazda Protoge MP3 had a Tochigi Fuji Sangyo LSD. What a name
Neon SRT-4s had an optional LSD
Cobalt SS Supercharged and Turbo models had optional LSDs
Integra GSRs did not get LSDs in the US. Nor did Acura RSX-Ss
The 5th Gen Prelude Type SH (Super Handling) set-up was not an LSD. It was a torque vetoring system. The pre-cursor to the current Honda/Acura SH-AWD set-up

The LSD in that generation was a viscous type, not very effective for motorsports. The Torsen in the '02 and up works better and never wears out.

The MP3 did not have an LSD but the Mazdaspeed Protege did.

Cooper S only and from '05 to '09. Discontinued for the 2010 model year (apparently due to lack of enough interest).
Nissan had available LSD in pretty much their whole lineup of cars in the 90s. Automatic altimas, auto maximas, the 200SX/Sentra SE-R cars...
