Ok, so yesterday was tune day for the mighty SooperKia. Well, it was supposed to be. Got the car there and strapped down, made a few baseline runs and the tuner(who was physically in Korea. Awesome times we live in!) laptop crashed. Back up was 3 hours away so we rescheduled for Saturday. Anywho....
The car makes 159 at the front wheels. Factory rating was 174/168tq at the flywheel. The game is what will the final numbers be? Winner takes all, limit 3 guesses per user name. No duplicate user names allowed. Unable to enforce any rules whatsoever.
And go!
My guess is factory power at the wheels. 174.
EDIT: Engine info:
It's a port injected, aluminum DOHC 2.4L Theta II (aka world engine) from a 2010 Kia Forte. I am running a RoadraceMotorsports intake, MAintec header, solo performance high flow cat and Kinetic Motorsports cat-back exhaust.
Are all the engine mods listed here?

In reply to GameboyRMH:
Not the latest. Latest is the addition of a header and cat to go with the intake and catback. So it's now a wrapped cold air intake, 4-2-1 header and tiny high flow cat with the Kinetic catback. Oh the sounds under load are amaze balls.
A reading of Zero, because the Dyno breaks next time. Sorry, man.

I think you'll be surprised and that tuning has given you a powerhouse.

Oh, I'm already thinking that maybe this is a bad idea and think 159 is enough. Then I think about that and realize the folly of my ways.
Plus, the factory tune is terrible. by 3k rpms it's stupid stupid rich. And that's all Korean cars. Rich is safe, so more richerer must be betterer. I might even see better highway economy.

I have no clue what kind of power gains can be had from tuning that motor so i used the swag method.
In all honesty, I figured if I could get close to 170 whp I was golden. There's not a ton that I know of, but in NA form it's just not tuned so we're going to find out. This may be the first dyno-tuned NA 2.4 Forte on the market.
178hp just because nobody picked that yet.

Since the OP doesn't have a list of things that will be done, I'm just going to assume you have done everything there is to do to an engine. So, 10,000.

It's the most poewerful Korean engine EVER BUILT! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
First post updated.
What dyno?
I say around 168+-5
Never said we could not cheat
Out of a 2.4? I'm going to say low side 179 and super mega optimistic 186. No third guess.

I think Focus guys were getting to 170's at the wheels on a 2.0 160hp factor rating, so well within the ball park I think. Picked those because they weren't heretofore picked and in said ball park.
Edit: Dang, clutchsmoke beat me to 179...
remember there is no rules enforcement and I fully support fighting amongst yourselves for the winning number.
EDIT: I really don't expect anything near 180. I just don't think there's THAT much to be gained from tuning without cams. Hyundai uses cam overlap to retain exhaust gases so they can meet SULEV specs without using EGR. Smart on their part because the engine will run forever without an EGR failure. Bad because that limits what can be done NA to maximize power.

I have a lot of faith in your tuner.
