I just came across these. Cool idea if you are leaving the wheels on the car.

Not much info on them otherwise.

Way back in the day a shop I worked at used similar setup for doing alignments. Instead of having an alignment rack, we would just use a regular lift and place the stands/tables under the wheels with alignment heads.
I didn't see any pricing on the site though.
looks like a lot of work to get a car up in the air and then back down again.
i used to have a set of car ramps with removable ramps..
In reply to novaderrik:I still do. After moving and not having an actual lift, I had to have something I could store.
I will note many, maybe most cars today are built so low you need a longer ramp than most you see for sale. Make sure the ramp will actually fit under both ends of your ride before you buy it..
My Grassroots wheel cribs made with wood from old shipping skids. Stack um up to height desired. Add wheels as an option.

i'm totally going to make a set of Grassroots wheel cribs, like Rad has... a pair of ramps suck when doing exhaust work on my Montana when its a leak mid ship.
Thanks Rob for this tread.
Take a peek at my garage and look at the pics of my TVR -- I have the same setup as Rad Capz -- those make moving a project around so much easier, plus it's nice to raise up the car to work on as well!

Most folks make them too small in my opinion. If you make them a bit longer then you can set them so the car can roll just a bit as you jack it and the floor jack swings through it's arch. It keeps the cribs from tipping. Mine are 20" X 13".
