This doesn't seem as if it would be hard to find, but it is. I need something like the below, with 3/8" holes, 1" (or slightly larger OK) channel ID:
I currently have a 3/8" rod end mounted in single shear, and I'd like it in double shear. But all the brackets like this I can find are for 1/2" rod ends. Guess I could use a bushing if I have to, but I'd prefer to find something already in the right size.

You might have good luck with these guys. https://www.ballisticfabrication.com/collections/link-suspension-brackets
I've bought from them before. Good quality stuff at a pretty decent price.

I didn't search their catalog but have used Midwest Controls many times and they have good quality at reasonable pricing. Here is a section on Clevis and yoke ends. https://midwestcontrol.com/shop/products/clevis-and-yoke-ends
