I was reading an article and it had a link to the site for a Sunbeam Tiger project for sale. Every time the subject of cars comes up (with my rally/autocross stuff, talk of PDX and tracks, my cars, etc) my boss talks about some damn Tiger he owned and how he thinks about buying one again someday.
I decided to see what else the site had on it. Oh my. Right off the bat I see a 1970 Fiat 500 Abarth-type car for $5k. I'm so glad it's on the other side of the country.
Then I see a 911SC like I've sorta always wanted, only missing the obnoxious whale-tail spoiler I would want, for a decent $32k. If my Abarth were paid off already...
Please take away my keyboard before I get into trouble.

Should you have any savings left, Barnfinds.com should finish them off.

yea, there's a lotta mischief to get into over there
Yeah this one had my eye yesterday over there. http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-nissan-sentra-xe-4wd-wagon-2/
A lot of stuff can go for some crazy money sometimes, and then other times you find a real bargain like that car.
Lol!
Off to check out the site EvanB recommended...

I clearly have very poor impulse control.

And now to make sure dust and moths really fly out of the bank account/wallet when I open them. Recent tax return isn't helping either...

Damn you guys...
Went to that site every day until they went an auction format and prices went through the roof. Spend my spare time at daily turismo.
Oh hai, this car sure looks familiar. Wonder where I've seen it before?
I am signed up for their email list and open it every day. I have sold cars there and have one for sale now there and it is a good place to sell cars.

I know that truck! Or was that a production deal?
Edit: shoulda read the ad.....
Check out the "Obscure Cars For Sale" group on facebook. It's more like what BAT used to be before they started their own auction format and got a bit too "high dollar" for the people browsing cars for fun.
Lots of good CL finds on there and interesting stuff. I swear about once a week I see a sub $10,000 car that I would pickup if I didn't own a project right now.

That one was on the local Craigslist in my area for $3200. If I didn't have my Miata, I woulda scooped it. Funny thing was, I stumbled on it looking for Miata parts because it popped up thanks to the Miata daisy wheels.
