I passed these cars on the way to work this morning. It's pretty clear what's going to happen here.

Last I checked they were down, a lot. Steel was only ~$150/ton.
It looks like they are going to the scrap yard! Yikes.
I'm guessing a certain GRM member is going to stop by and inquire on his way home from work. 
They've been there for less than three days, so I doubt that they're for sale. I think he just bought the 911 since I'm pretty sure I saw it on Craigslist in another part of the state a few weeks ago.
Plus, I'm waiting to hear back on a car I made an offer on two days ago...

That 914 is in much better condition than that photo would indicate. And the 911 is much worse.
Almost bought a 914 before I admitted that the answer was miata.
If the one I looked at had been slightly less sketchy, who knows?
