i sold my project...sigh..

I seem to have been gone again for a while...sigh....anyway, if anyone remembers the stock car I have working since 2007 I was forced to sell it this summer cause of being out of work this spring. Add in the fact that we are selling the house that I have been living in with my grandmother for the past 10 years or so. We ended up putting her into a nurseing home in Januery and my uncle is up from north carolina doing lot to sell the place and with no idea of where I am going to go is the house sells I figured it was much safer to sell it then try to figure out where to put it with having no money and no place to live. And I just put money into in march which is even worst. I did loss money on the deal butt not much I could do about it. Not working has been one reason I have not been here since this place gives people to many bad ideas and it really sucks when you have no way to do anything. So it looks like getting back into racing is going to waiting one more year for even a simple autocross sigh.....

race cars come and go for a lot of reasons. have you been looking for work, going to school, etc? nursing homes are expen$ive, so selling grandma's house is probably the only option to get her the care she needs. Keep your chin up, maing. hard work leads to good times.

Been through some hard times myself, as have many many other people in recent years...keep your head up and work hard and you will get through it just fine. This may sound stereotypical but, stay positive, it really works...

Agreed, say positive, it worked for me.

Now I just need to figure out my next project, after I get my Miata finished....

go read the build-thread section of the forum, at the very least you can live vicariously through others until you have the funds

Yep. You're not alone in the selling project cars due to budget problems here. Not me, but others. My projects are worth so little that is of no help if I sell them. Now thats the kind of project everyone needs.
