Interesting.
The first gen Olds Toronado is at the top of American-built vehicles I'd like to own, but I think I'll pass on that one.
That is one wild speedometer. I don't think I have ever seen one like it before. I assume this car is one of those early front wheel drive models?
I've seen a couple first year Toronados at car shows this summer, they were really cool cars. Someone on my route to work recently bought a first year front wheel drive Eldorado (built on the same platform as the Toronado) and has it parked in front of their house; I really like the looks of that car.
Dear god, that thing's got a mile-long wheelbase. How do you turn it around/go over any kind of bump?
I just saw one of these last month!
But really, how different is it than the FWD GMC motorhomes that use the Toro drivetrain? Likely weighs about the same! ;-)
I like it.... just need to get rid of the paint by numbers rear tire covers and fix the rear bumper.
That is one cool machine. The flowers in the "kitchen" are a nice touch. Selling is all about staging.
I wonder if you could tow some thing small behind it; like a Formula Vee or F500.
