I offered a set of these to Stampie at GRM friendly pricing and he immediately replied that he thought they might be worth considerably more than I was asking. GRM people are like that. Whatever I get for them is for recoup on my Challenge build. I haven't found out what they are through my efforts yet. Any help is appreciated.
They are 36 spoke, 13x5.5 , 4x4.5 pcd. The only discernible markings are the size 13x5.5 on the inside of the rim. Nothing else cast into the hub area.
Stampie thinks they might be Westerns, but I haven't found a matching picture anywhere yet. The spoke are all cast and then the holes and nut land areas were machined through the spokes, they weren't cast into the wheel. They require the typical shoulder nuts that American made mag wheels all used to use, rather than a tapered seat nut .
In reply to Stampie :
That's about as close as I 've seen so far. Spoke count is 40, but then it's a much larger wheel, too.

These 14x7s are real close, 40 spokes and listed as "Western Cyclone I"

not sure the official name, used to call them "Turbo-Vec"
I'm thinking Western - I helped a friend put some on his Trans Am back in the 1970s and I recall they looked like that. I believe the ET cyclone style wheels had less spokes.

I found some pictures that claimed to be Turbo-Vecs and they're different, although still a typical "turbine design".

The thing that throws me about them being westerns is they usually have a flat hub face, and the spokes dont go all the way to the middle.
The only ones I'm familiar with that have that many spokes which go to the middle are the ET's and ARE's but the ARE's have a rib that looks like the spokes (but 90 degrees to the spokes) between the lug nut and stubby spokes in the center. The actual number of spokes may have been different for various diameters of wheels (from same manufacturer) to get the "look" they wanted.

Any I've found online for sale have the flat face you describe.
