I used to work for a large non profit that hires people with disabilities to teach job skills, work programs, how to live on your own etc and the company referred to them as "clients" I don't like the word retard used towards people with disabilities as frankly that's fuked up. I have some of the best stories from that job

I know it's pretty off-topic but yes, I love my job. Medicine is "easy" when the patient can express him/herself. It's a whole other world when they can't.

I think the Camberghini is something of a troll build - where the aim is to be as outrageous as possible to rack up views, rather than trying to build anything useful. If that's the goal, he's succeeded.
