I have not seen the add in person but this is interesting.

I have done exactly no research into this topic, but I'm going to guess... no.
I am a member of several Pontiac clubs and have owned more Pontiac than almost any other brand. (Saturn wins that prize) My first car was a Pontiac.
I'd like to see Pontiac return.
But this seems like the time Hot Rod announced the new AMC Javalin.
Edit: I have now done some very basic research into this topic. Even the ad itself says it's fake.
The new 500hp hybrid Firebird GTO crossover built on a Chevy Traverse platform is coming to a dealer near YOU!
Literally on the ad itself:

Just a general comment, but I thought it was too bad that GM pulled the plug on Pontiac just as it was making some interesting performance cars. Oh well.
Did C&D just not have anyone that wanted to pay for the space and so they did a late April Fool? There's nothing on the ad to show who it's connected to.

That's GM's typical response to any individual vehicle. Why wouldn't they do it with an entire brand?
Not sure if it qualifies, but Indian motorcycles was resurrected by the Polaris Group.
Any major automotive brand, though? I'm struggling to think of any. Pontiac, for better or worse, was really all about badge-engineering and it was not the worst idea for GM to pull the plug.
I have the issue and took it as a jab at GM to start building fun cars again. They have the ability, look at the CT4 and 5 blackwings, just need the motovation.

Mini?
Hummer?
Just a few I could think of, but none are "major".
Edit: Maybach also.
MG?

FTFY. Only cars left after 2024 will be the Corvette and those two Cadillacs you mentioned.
Although this is a farce, there are a number of people in some of my Pontiac and 2nd Gen Firebird groups that refuse to believe it's fake and are legitimately excited that Pontiac is "coming back". People have tried to tell them it's not real and was basically an April Fool's joke, and they aren't having it.
In an age of misinformation and "alternative facts", even obvious jokes are reality in some people's minds.
I'm still VERY sore that GM killed off Pontiac, as I was (and still am) a B-O-P guy at heart, and they were my favorite GM brand by a country mile. But what's dead is dead, and I'd rather have it stay that way at this point. GM would find new and exciting ways to ruin its performance-based legacy, so it's best left alone.

GM is late to the game in everything then goes "no one bought the fun cars we invested millions in!"
