Finally found a set of brake pads for this thing. Carbotech makes a pad fitment for them, so I called them to order a set of their 1521 Bobcat pads. Of course they don't have them in stock. 
Luckily they can make them and they'll be ready tomorrow. 
Paid out the nose to have them to me Friday morning. Plan is to replace both the front and rear brake pads and do a two man brake bleed while my son is napping.
I'll also make sure the caliper pistons aren't sticking. If I still have issues after that it's off to the shop with the car...
