Any RALLYCROSS type springs available for the NC Miata?

Maybe a bit of a LIFT for the Haul Road?

Thanks

Stock NC ride height is pretty tall already, honestly. You could put slightly taller tires on it - not radically, no 35s, but something like a 205/50-17. It'll raise the highway gearing a bit and give you another 0.5" of clearance. Higher load rating usually so you might also get tougher sidewalls.

If you do go with an NC, you'll want to seek out a compact spare from an RX7 and a jack. They just came with inflation kits from the factory. Or put a full size spare on the trunklid. Flats would be my biggest concern although I don't know much about the haul road.

Thanks Keith.  Looking like the Miata may be the answer again

Your math and ours matches almost to the dollar for Gas/Food Room and etc.

Hotel could be halved by sleeping every other night in the Vehicle of choice

Plan to being aggressive / MS tires on steel wheels for the last 850 mile up and back to Dead Horse

Variables are Initial Buy In, maintenance, add Add On, (Fog Lights, Rooo Bar, Loud Horn, solar panel, inverter, cell amplifier)

Satphone rental, trip Insurance & a 2nd prepaid cell phone will also be part of the total cost of the trip as well as return air fare and any shipping of stuff back to the lower 48.

I still feel this can still be done as a real GRASS ROOTS adventure.

Thanks
