Interested to see that. I was thinking of bagging the RX-3 Wagon so I'm kinda curious how to do it right for areas whose roads are generally terrible.

I think the main trick is just using high quality bags and making sure that you set the entire system to where it will still drive on a completely deflated bag. Had a coworker lose a bag on the highway and had to drive home with a 4x4 wedged in to keep the frame from dragging on flat ground.

Something a lot of people forget with bags is freezing temps and water in the lines/compressor. That's the #1 reason I won't use bags. I know I'm not diligent enough with my maintenance to constantly be emptying the water/making sure the seperator is working correctly etc.

What's the difference in price for regular gas vs premium with a 15 gallon fill up?

Have you thought about the Taurus SHO?

$.60/gallon.  I drive 30-35k miles per year, so it adds up really fast.  In the "good ol' days" when premium was $.20 more per gallon, I wouldn't have cared so much.

Yeah, the SHO is a consideration, but not at the top of the list.

I'm at .40$ a gallon at my usual gas stop and drive 25k to 30k a year. I have to run premium but get close to 30 mpg. No idea what my regular fuel mpg equivalent is.

A Taurus is a possibility but I am not sure that the SHO is necessary for me. I really just want something luxurious for my 2 hours a day in a car.

Premium fuel needs was the #1 reason the forte left. 60-80 cents a gallon for 20+k miles a year for the wife at 30mpg was too much. $550 per year doesn’t sound like much but do it for 8-10 years is a chunk of change.
