Ahem .... try OdorXit, fellas. No, I don't work for them, but have had excellent results with their products.
I bought a semi commercial ozone generater.....the 'pro' edition from maxblaster.com. A little pricey, but usually after 15-30 minutes you're good, but multiple sessions can be required. It works awesome and I've used it in some nasty places.

I had a mice invasion in my 78 Z28 when it had to sit in storage for several years due to health reasons. I didn't put carpet or a headliner back in, but used the Durabak bed liner in a tan shade. I did have to take out the trim and backseat, and used the powershot cleaner.

Im doing one now for my girlfriend, she abandoned a car for about 6 months because her useless mechanics couldnt diagnose a bad wheel bearing. Well it stinks like dogs and mouse piss.
A good vacuuming with the seats out, then a little simple green on thw carpets and floor mats followed by a thorough pressure washing, and some spot odobanning on troublesome areas has never failed me.
Cant really pressure wash a headliner though.
My pressure washer has paid for itself just in the carpets and floormats its saved for me and my friends
