It's a sad day for me. I used to hold two records for our dyno: highest power and lowest power. Now I hold only one.

This thing spun the rollers at 524 rwhp, obliterating my measly 467 rwhp mark. And it made beautiful music doing so. Turn it up and revel in the bellow.

And that other record? 39.2 hp of fury. That was a long pull. Luckily, it has a hand throttle so you can set it and walk away.

Not just 524 horsepowers. But a power/torque curve that is as flat as a pool table. It must be just silly to drive!

Of course the 6,000 rpm sound is great but that idle? I could listen to THAT all day!

I liked how my Miata set lowest power and torque at STM Tuned's dyno day this summer. It ended up making 92hp and 79lb-ft of torque, picking up 1 hp on the second pull.

Nice to see that beast making some noise. Seems like it's been in production awhile. I may need a motor like that for betty since I'm no longer the fastest miata in the neighborhood anymore. Damn horsepower wars.
