Define work...
This space has largely been my 'office' for much of last year. From the 'life can be short' department, I took a 12 month leave from my day job as a college prof to travel the Smoky Mountains and throughout the US southwest with my wife and old but intrepid dawg in the old and also intrepid Roadtrek camper van in the background. Said van needed a complete stripping and repaint before leaving as well as the refreshing 20 year old mechanicals. After living in 32 square feet for four months and covering 23,000 km (~14,300) of epic scenery we returned in time for one of the first track events at the much loved Calabogie Motorsports Park which is taking place this weekend. Feels great to don the helmet again.
And yes, my wife and I and dog are still speaking to each other.

My coworkers have a zoom meeting after 5 but this one is in teams
I also work from home, so it's hard for me to get a picture of me in my office without a guitar in the background somewhere...
Can't be too careful in the OR!
