Following up on this to share results. 

 

1. Harbor Freight Fluid Line Clamps. 

Result: Fail, not possible due to stainless brake lines. 

 

2. Regular bolt to replace banjo bolt. 

Result: Fail, not possible due to these calipers don't use banjo bolts. 

 

3. Just power brake it.

Result: Fail. Possibly driver error, but it just wasn't happening. 

 

4. Remove Rear Calipers

Result: Success. 

Wood in place of the brake rotor to keep the caliper together and have some pedal feel. Then zip tied out of the way.

I drove my CJ-7 for way too long with a front caliper vise-gripped. Don't remember now why I didn't fix it sooner.
