Need to establish where the front axle centerline passes through the lower A-arm?
Any chance that the small hole near the front pivot and the matching hole just above the "G" measurement are what I am looking for?
I need to match the front axle line as established on the Volvo chassis with the Miata axle center line.
It's close, certainly. The balljoint on the bottom of the upright has a "tongue" that goes inside the slot in the lower A-arm and is secured with a fore-aft bolt and a top-bottom bolt through the two holes that you're talking about.
