Was speaking more from a diameter issue, though. While i'll have the torque available that fitting much larger diameter tires from stock is not a big deal... i also don't want it to look stupid. And really... i doubt those particular flares will be staying long. This is more like what i have in mind: http://thenaritadogfight.com/2012/10/16/feature-autokonexion-miata-we-heard-you-liked-carbon/92CelicaHalfTrac wrote:It's already got flares.......Spoolpigeon wrote: In reply to 92CelicaHalfTrac: Damn son! Easily enough for 15x9 6ULs with 225/45 RS3s. I think they're 20mm.
Hmmm, I think that setup fits with good camber under pulled stock fenders........but that would allow some spacers for extra cool factor.
Either way, shoot me an email when you're ready to get rid of them.

It'll probably be around the time you're doing your 1.8 swap, but will do.
The other half of the equation has been procured.

They aren't windows anymore. They appear to be sheets of aluminum screwed into the body and then yes... spray painted.
I'm thinking this thing might need to get thrashed as hard as possible at a rallycross before i crush it.
