If that's a fc rx7 cooler it may already have a thermostat built in

That is essentially what I have installed in there right now. Seems to be doing the trick

It is not, but is of similar construction. I have a thermostatic sandwich plate as well as a way to entirely block off airflow to the cooler. Currently running at 200F with it blocked off
