XJ Cherokee had them early on, and the doors should swap if the guts wouldn't.

My VW has fixed vent windows. It means that I can't easily reach my hand around and snap the wiper blade against the windshield to knock the snow off of it.
Rear vents are still in mini vans, but nothing else.
