Been looking for wheels for my '94 Miata project. Always liked Buddy Club/Kosei K1 six-spokes...and found this when I searched on eBay.
Fake K1s
I'm hesitant to say the least. The ad claims that they meet JWL standards, but eBay ads are not known for accuracy. Also skeptical about the listed weight. Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) with no-name wheels? And before you say it, I'm aware that Tire Rack has the real deal. I'm just curious about other people's experience.
In general the no name wheels don't fail very often. I have run off brand wheels on street cars for a decade without any issue whatsoever. that said if you plan on taking them to the track, the no name failure rates go up. It has always seemed to me that the ones with very thin spokes(like those fake K1's) fail more often than the ones with thick spokes. off brand stuff is generally more brittle than name brand.
TL;DR: If you only plan to DD them and the occasional autox, you will never have a problem with no name stuff. If you plan to regularly take them to the track then the extra money is worth the peace of mind.

I was given a parts stash that came with broke fake regas. Thick spokes, and broken spokes. No idea how it went down, but tires were undamaged. No scratches.
Go with something branded in some way so you can hold them accountable. With a name they at least have a motive to not market dangerous garbage. OTOH random overseas ebay guy..
Those look almost the same as Konig Heliums. I recently bought a set of new Konig Helium in that size for less than the link. Amazon
This is one of those times where the stanceworks classifieds or VWvortex can score you something much much better.
I sold a set of RPF1's with 70% used R888's on them for about what you are going to get wheels for without shipping.
