I want to finish my GTI but my brain keeps telling me to sell it and buy a 1st gen Veloster.  138hp 1600cc engine and a twin clutch trans, what's not to like?

Now, if only they'd have put that drivetrain in the Accent.

I'm pretty sure I read that people were using VW coil overs to Aveos because they were so similar. Whenever you mention them I do a search and I'm always surprised at how many there still are on the road. It's too bad they're so ugly. The 1.8 in the Astra/Cruze/Sonic is very closely related and I'm sure there's some interchange that would help.
