I parked my ZAV in front of my mother's house, went inside for 5 minutes, and as I was walking back out, the lady that lives across the street had just backed into it. She bent the door beyond repair and broke the step. The cop that came out to do the report told her that I was parked legally, but I don't think he sited her for being stupid. I don't she has more than liability insurance and that's all I have.
What is the likely hood that her insurance will pay for the repairs?
My link didn't work. I'll have to try again from a pc. Apparently I can't do it from my phone.
She is a Zombie. Do not be fooled into thinking this was an accident. The cop could be a zombie as well.
Liability coverage will pay for repair to the other person's vehicle in the event of an at-fault accident by the insured party.
Since your vehicle was legally parked at the time it was hit, I would say it is extremely likely that her insurance will pay for repairs.

And the other vehicle doesn't necessarily have to be cited...

Agreed. That the original post did end with several shotgun blasts and the cinematic spattering of zombie guts was severely disappointing.
Seems like there's a bigger issue with a ZAV that a little old lady zombie can take out. Time for rock skis and side armor

Zombie Apocalypse Vehicle, usually an old, large, haggard but reliable 4wd/suv of some sort.

+2. WTF. That is one soft ZAV. But they (zombies) have been known to pretest weak spots before the final attack. Tell your Mom to move!
Y'all should feel better knowing that mty ZAV is not disabled. It just has a wrinkled door and is harder to step up into.
I alerted my insurance company to be watching for her to attempt to make a fraudulent clam and am warring to hear back from her insurance company.
I'm hoping that they'll just send me a check for the damage. I'll replace the door and step and use any surplus funds to print the truck. It's not possible to match the faded silvere that's on it now.

A fraudulent clam???? Is that some type of zombie pet?
My wife woke up and informed me a drunkard hit the rear bumper of the van while she was at work. I informed her he was likely a zombie as I turned on the TV... Shaun of the Dead was on.
Coincidence? I think not.
The first thing that came up on google for me.

The Earthroamer
Here's a pic that shows my legally parked Z.A.V. with the fresh dent in the L door.
I have an appointment Tuesday with an adjuster from her insurance company to find out how they plan to handle the repairs.
& yes, that is a GRM decal on the bumper.
