Cool, 156 on the front straight! Certainly faster than I've ever gone on that track; my RX-2 topped out at 125.
That 125 probably felt a lot faster than the 156.
What's the treadwear rating on those tires?
Everyone in the BMW community who has tried Vredsteins has absolutely hated them, but then they all love the Michelin PSS, which was just a chunky, overpriced, mess to me.

And that 156 was electronically limited. On good laps, I'd hit the 155mph limiter right about where the grandstands started. I figure it was costing me about 7-8mph at least.
And those Vredesteins are Y rated with a 220 treadwear. Not what I'd pick for a track tire—although they performed admirably—but if I owned a high-end car with big wheels I'd take a hard look at them for street rubber. They're considerably more affordable than the usual brands on those cars, and seem to have every bit of the performance.
