To be fair the end result is better than the build pics make you expect but what's under the paint is forever burned into my brain.
What did it start life as? I actually admire his ability to get it done. The clay models of not to many years ago used by the big car manufacturers really are not to far off from what he did. I think he would fit in well here some one should invite him!

the car I think is some kind of Merc.
I actually kind of like the finished product less the what he did the grill. If it had more of an aston martin, DB9 or a jag inspired front I would like it better.

Yep, the first black car isn't a 22B. It's a 2.5RS with a replica body kit. I'm told that it's actually fairly cheap to acheive that "look," though. Gives me evil thoughts.

The son and I have a '90 Ranger getting a 5.0 swap. We're also considering suspension changes. The options we have entail either custom-building to fit or using some other components we have, which would require some bodywork.
Anybody seen a box-flared first-gen Ranger? I can't visualize it and can't find anything on the 'net.
