Apex: The story of the hypercar, featuring the creation of the One:1.

3rded.
Jay needs to find a helmet that actually fits.
And holy crap, the One:1 is light for such a monster. A Miata would need over 1,000 hp to achieve the same power to weight

You mean like this one?
I wonder what Jay's hat size actually is... This looks like a loaner helmet, but even when he wears his own helmet it seems pretty tight.

I really tried watching that, I got bored... of hyper cars.... me. I got BORED. Not sure if something is wrong with me or if it was truly yawn worthy.
I'm much more interested in the Regera than the One:1. The One:1 is just the latest revision of the same supercar Koenigsegg's been making since day one, with everything turned up to 11. Yes it's a great car and they make big improvements every time, but compared to the high-end hybrid supercars the One:1 is a bit ordinary. It's because Christian von Koenigsegg remained an EV skeptic much longer than even a supercar designer should have.
With the Regera they finally had to build a hybrid to take advantage of all that wasted energy, and they came out with a radically different hydraulic transmission, PLUS an even newer revision of the engine used in the One:1.
