How much room under the Hood? If it was me I would do a single 67 mm or so mounted up front off to the side. I would run low boost and not bother intercooling it like an older 7.3 powerstroke. You aren't going for a drag beast just need some more grunt for towing I assume in that big thing.

Go the procharger route if you don't feel like dealing with the exhaust routing, conversely, you probably have enough room to remote mount 2 good sized turbos somewhere underneath(also allowing you to not mess with the exhaust manifolds.

I am also assuming you have huge amounts of space to work with?

You're going to need to establish some goals. With turbocharging, the sky is the limit. Budget? Time to install? Performance targets?

Lots of space but the frame rails are high and close to the block.

I need the change rear gears and the 429 will show that its no diesel then. I just want to gain back what I lose through gearing.

It's a hauler not a "hauler"

The size of that motor actually makes it pretty easy to use a turbo from a diesel. A Holset HX40 would work well. They are pretty easy and cheap to find used on Cummins engines from trucks and equipment. Oil cooled only though so you will need to plumb a line for the supply and the drain. I wouldnt be afraid to put in a cheapo intercooler though if it was me I would use some method of securing the hoses to the fittings.

You could go as big as a HX52 or a HX60 from a big truck but those things are gigantic and flow huge amounts of air.

Be careful rev it too hard and you will snap off the end of the crank. And you can't use a car crank.

I owned a f700 for the last year. I have a set of service books for a 93.
