i know a guy who would definitely VIN-swap one of those to be a US-legal SC400.

Yup a pair of em for a song, not one, but a pair, definate best looking challenger material. and some "amusing" stories to go with them. both need work, one is sans engine and trans. Lemme know if your interested, pm or email. May even be able to help with delivery, or retrieval for the right "motivation". ie gone and soon. I've got a great proposal on the horizon that has to be jumped on very soon. And then figure out how to make the missus happy.
