Please carry the torch, you Dorks!

I haven't missed the Challenge for 7 consecutive years. I will unfortunately not be there this year, and I am really sad.

Some personal family issues have come up, and I will have to sit this one out.

I will miss you Dorks, but you better whoop some tarmac! My expectations are extremely high, and I will NOT let you off the hook very easily!

I guess I'll have to bring 2 cars next year to make up for it...

(Maybe I shouldn't have said anything about a torch. Hope none of the Hongs were listening!)

Paul, first and foremost I hope all is well with you and the family, give a holler if there's anything I can do for you.

Second, sad that you cant make it. I honestly thought about flying down this year just to hang out but turns out I need to be in a training class the following week so I need to be in the air sunday.

You'll make up for it next year, with any luck you can drive the Yugo for me ;)

Take care of the family, that's always a priority and give them all my best.

I'll probably be coming up Friday to spectate again, even though I won't be participating. (That will make this the fourth year in a row that I have done this. )

If my wife buys benefits, I'll fly down, but the future is currently unpredictable.

Also, if someone can pick me up from there airport and doesn't mind sharing a bed. I can cuddle.. Or not?

Speaking of spectators, who was in the yellowish 720 4x4 last year? That guy was cool and I liked the sports bar he directed us to.

If you are even slightly honest about your build you smell like tire smoke so that cant be it.

Tire smoke and raw unburnt fuel is pretty much it. (Been dipping down to 10.2:1 on boost onset.)

Paul if you need anything just yell out, we have room on Mongo en route and at the venue BTW.

How am I going to get those drag tires to you now? Anyone going back up I-75 that could drop them off to Paul?

Are they in your way? I can wait, or I can connect with a Challenger. I am not in a rush, but don't want to keep taking up space in your garage.

Hopefully I'm going to be seeing him within a week, I'll give you a yell if I get the chance to get up there. Rebuilding a porch today, and tomorrow. Told you I would have a new one before the challenger Paul, just didn't expect to take it down the way I did...
