I verified that I did use an aluminum crush washer on the clutch master.

So, Dusterbd... What did you end up doing for a clutch master?  Did you need to shim the HTOB?

 

Since i am starting a new build, I figured I would go with best practice.  The setup I used I actually had to adjust and the clutch engagement point was WAY up off the floor in order to get the clutch to fully release.

I didn't need to shim the htob. Used a 7/8 tilton cludged into the miatas firewall and pedal. That, along with the Russell fitting, some 3an, some 3/16 brake line and a  couple of fittings and it's been MINT.
