I just replaced the suspension on my wife's '03 Navigator. Hate to sound like a complete green behind ears kinda guy but anybody wanna share the point of having tie rods connected to the rear spindles on the REAR IRS system? The thing doesn't have rear wheel steering or anything so I'm kinda confused as to what the point is.
Adjust it front and back just so and you can crab walk that "stinkoln masturbator" down a freeway. Lol.
Also for increased toe stiffness, compared to an N-shaped lower wishbone.
I like separate toe links. I wish our -13 FSAE car had them. With a wider rear toe base and a new rather than 10 year old main power wire we'd have won.
