In the front, yes.  I don't know of any with rear struts.

Not Miata, they are shocks with either double wishbones or multilink all the way around and have been so since the start. Not a strut in sight.

 Pete will have to educate us about the various RX7s.

You had your choice of solid axle, trailing arms that had a complex Tinkertoy arrangement so they didn't act like trailing arms, and 9/8ths scale Miata.

 

FD guys used to hate it when I'd point out that their cars were big hatchback Miatas smiley
